Job descriptionManage contractor relationships. Oversee safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Track project progress, environmental compliance, outages, and crossings. Collect independent field data. Submit accurate reports to PM and executives. Maintain documentation for change orders and dispute resolution. Work with Environmental, ISC / Expeditor, Safety Teams, SMEs, and Land Agents. Ensure communication and coordination through the CM role only. Minimum expectations outlined above; additional responsibilities may be assigned.

About the Role :
The Construction Manager is the field-level quarterback, bridging communication between contractors and Project Manager. Expect 70% office / 30% field time.
Key Responsibilities :
Preconstruction :
- Review contracts, safety plans, permits, drawings, materials, schedules, QA / QC, and submittals.
- Conduct kickoff meetings and site orientations.
- Lead client's team on site safety, assessments, and documentation.
