Schedule : Part-Time (3 : 00 p.m. – 8 : 00 p.m.)

Join a passionate team making a real impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills—all while receiving comprehensive training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes and / or centers.

Follow treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.

Experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving (a plus).

High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).

Valid driver's license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon / evening availability.

Ability to pass a background check; CPR / First Aid certification required (we can assist).

What We Offer

$21 / hr during training → $25–$28 / hr after, based on experience and / or RBT status.

Paid training and full support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
