Schedule : Traditional weekday schedule consisting of a 4-day work week with direct fact-to-face patient care and 1 day dedicated for administrative responsibilities; a minimum of 34 hours of patient contact time.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)  is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a board certified / board eligible Geriatrician to join a very unique multidisciplinary team-based clinic. This team supports our Memory Center and Geriatrics Consult Clinic and is comprised of Geriatricians, Neurologists, Geriatric Psychiatrist, Advance Practice Practitioners, Social Workers, Pharmacists, and a Chaplain. We have clinics in Boise, Nampa (20 minutes from Boise) and Eagle (15 minutes from Boise). Interested Physicians may potentially work from any of these locations, opt to make house calls and choose to engage in teaching as an attending to a geriatric fellow, residents, and medical students on geriatric rotations.

Well-qualified candidates should be passionate and knowledgeable about older adults' health issues, possess a geriatric medicine background, and a desire to provide outpatient geriatric consultation with an organization committed to high-quality and compassionate care, healing the body, mind and spirit. Requirements :

Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM),  or
