Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Part-time PMHNP ($80-82 / hr) and sick time opportunity in northern San Diego county. This is a permanent, part-time position in a community health center setting near Valley Center, CA 92082. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for clients having psychiatric mental health problems and those likely to have them. Special focus on the treatment of opioid use disorder with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine and working with the SUD counselors and staff associated with the TOR, MAT-PDOA and other grant programs. Candidates must be national board certified as a PMHNP, active CA license and current DEA. Experience in treatment of OUD with MAT is highly preferred.
