Manager of Operations, Oral Health

The Manager of Operations, Oral Health is responsible for the business decisions and strategic planning for areas of accountability as well as ensuring that the goals of the practitioners, the facility vision, patient needs, and budgetary constraints are all in alignment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Management and coordination of Springfield clinical daily operations.
- Ensuring that adequate staff are available each day based on patient load and providers working.
- Coordination and active management of all Springfield dental schedules. This includes pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, OR, general, and AEGD dentistry.
- Coordinate with satellite clinic managers when necessary for their schedules.
- Provide support to staff, team leads, and providers to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate dental student and dental assistant rotations.
- Provide support to HR and Marketing department for recruitment of staff.
- Coordinate, contribute to and deliver timely performance evaluations.
- Work in collaboration with VP of Oral Health and Director of Oral Health to analyze current billing practices and the financial health of each dental subgroup.
- Implement process changes and clinical protocols to optimize fiscal efficiencies and achieve revenue cycle goals.
- Point of contact for patient / guardian complaints and concerns regarding staff, providers, and dental treatment, compliance and regulatory guidelines, and all dental event planning.
- Attends and contributes to dental administrative meetings.
