Overview

Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison at Unified Care Hospice (Texas). The ideal candidate has a passion for outreach, a strong understanding of healthcare networks, and the ability to communicate the value of hospice care with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospice services within assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, and services offered.
• Conduct presentations, attend health fairs, networking events, and community meetings to represent the agency.
• Track and analyze referral trends, territory growth, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless referral and intake processes.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
• Serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable representative of Unified Care Hospice in all outreach efforts.
