Overview
Our mission is to expand the sport of pickleball by inspiring new players and providing enthusiasts of all skill levels access to a welcoming community, optimal playing conditions, and opportunities for growth. Members of all ages and skill levels can visit Ace Pickleball Club Sugar Land to participate in daily open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments, social events, glow-in-the-dark events, and more. The Ace Pickleball Club experience comes down to three simple words : Learn. Play. Compete.
Responsibilities
Your Members
- Take great care of our Members through active hospitality and leading by example for your Team.
- Receive and welcome feedback from Members to determine an appropriate action plan, including oversight of membership cancellation trends.
- Oversee local marketing, lead generation and Member inquiry follow-ups.
- Manage promotional emails and monthly newsletters for our Members.
Your Team
Responsible for the selection, development, retention, and scheduling of Team Members to ensure operational excellence, team engagement, and high performance through authentic leadership.Ensure all Team Members are treated fairly, build rapport with Team Members by fostering open communication and spending time with Team Members on the Club floor.Evaluate the Team on a quarterly basis to maintain active hospitality standards in the Club.Your Club
Manage the Point-of-Sale system, add and edit items, refine processes and use the reporting functionality to manage the business.Ensure financial targets are met and proper accounting procedures are followed.Organize and facilitate corporate events, lead communication on pricing and court availability.Evaluate Team facilitation of scheduled programming (clinics and socials).Support and troubleshoot all technology in the club, including Pickleball Software, PlaySight cameras, A / V, glow-in-the-dark systems, and Office 365 applications.Ensure proper controls are in place to track revenue, payroll, inventories, and expenses.Create a safe, clean, well-maintained facility. Manage regular cleaning, inspection and maintenance schedules. Perform or coordinate necessary maintenance.Follow the required process for logging and reporting incidents.Qualifications
