Travel Radiation Therapist – Oncology (Days)

Location : Petoskey, MI

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

Hours / Week : 40 hours guaranteed

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

Weekends / On-Call : None

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join an oncology team for a 13-week travel assignment in Petoskey, MI. The therapist will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and related procedures while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and professional standards.

Responsibilities :

Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments

Perform patient simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks

Maintain and document all patient records using electronic medical records (EMR)

Conduct routine quality assurance and control testing on equipment

Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to support patient care goals

Submission Requirements :

2+ years of recent Radiation Therapy experience – Required

ARRT (T) Certification – Required

BLS (AHA) – Required

1+ year of travel experience – OR post-graduate work experience with Varian and ARIA – Required

Experience with TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy – Preferred
