Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ventura, CA

Schedule: Full-time, occasional weekend shifts

Pay: $22.00+/hour

Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, emails, and online requests
  
• Help customers with their questions
  
• Assist customers in booking services
  
• Route, dispatch, and debrief technicians
  
• Order parts as needed
  
• Manage office paperwork efficiently

Requirements:

• Customer service/dispatching experience a plus
  
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
  
• Proficient with computer data entry
  
• Quick, decisive thinking skills
  
• Works well under high pressure
  
• Creative and effective problem solver
