Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ventura, CA
Schedule: Full-time, occasional weekend shifts
Pay: $22.00+/hour
Position: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities: - Answer calls, emails, and online requests
- Help customers with their questions
- Assist customers in booking services
- Route, dispatch, and debrief technicians
- Order parts as needed
- Manage office paperwork efficiently
Requirements: - Customer service/dispatching experience a plus
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient with computer data entry
- Quick, decisive thinking skills
- Works well under high pressure
- Creative and effective problem solver
