Float Pool Registered Nurse – Nights

We are seeking an experienced Float Pool RN for a 13-week day assignment in Lancaster, CA, with a quick start timeline.

Details:

• Shift: Days (7:00 AM start)
• Schedule options:
  • GWW 36 (3x12s) or
  • GWW 48 (4x12s)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer
• Weekend and holiday work required as scheduled

Requirements:

• Active California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
• Minimum 2 years Float Pool experience
• Minimum 1 year travel experience
• Ortho, Trauma, and Robotics experience required
• Flexibility to float across units and work varying schedules

This role is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable supporting multiple units on night shift.
