RN Weekend Supervisor – River Valley Nursing & Rehab

River Valley is seeking a strong, experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure excellent resident care every Saturday and Sunday.

Position Details :

Every Saturday & Sunday

12-hour shifts (or as scheduled)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state regulations

Oversee resident care, assessments, and documentation

Respond to changes in resident condition and ensure proper interventions

Act as the main point of contact for the building on weekends

Support and guide staff throughout your shift

Requirements :

Active RN license in the state

Long-term care experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Weekend availability is required
