• Licenses : Active Pennsylvania license required; IMLC accepted
• Board : Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
• DEA : Required
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS required
• Experience : Minimum 1–2 years preferred
• Other Qualifications : Ability to work with interdisciplinary oncology care team DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology / oncology care
• Manage 12–15 patients daily in outpatient clinic
• Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with hospital teams
• Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, navigators, and pharmacy
• Participate in scheduled clinic and hospital duties Monday – Friday, 8a – 4 : 30p
