The Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting our litigation team by performing substantive legal work efficiently and cost-effectively. This pivotal position involves managing litigation cases from initial discovery through trial preparation and resolution.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, helping attorneys save client costs while supporting the firm's legal processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Discovery Processes
 - Draft and respond to discovery requests under attorney supervision
 - Coordinate document production and information gathering
 - Identify and communicate with key witnesses, medical providers, and relevant parties
 - Monitor and manage critical discovery deadlines
 - Conduct Case Investigations
 - Perform social media and public records research
 - Analyze and summarize medical, employment, and other critical records
 - Prepare investigative reports for attorneys and clients
 - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout investigation processes
 - Trial Preparation Support
 - Assist in creating trial notebooks and exhibit binders
 - Help prepare digital trial support materials
 - Assist attorneys in organizing key trial exhibits
 - Provide support during trial preparation
 - Client and Attorney Communication
 - Maintain clear communication with attorneys and clients
 - Draft correspondence and update clients on case progress
 - Facilitate information exchange and document collection
 - Provide case status updates as requested
 - Billing and Administrative Management
 - Accurately track and record billable hours
 - Maintain detailed time tracking
 - Draft billing entries aligned with firm standards
 - Assist with billing documentation
 - Legal Document Preparation
 - Draft preliminary legal documents
 - Prepare correspondence and routine pleadings
 - Organize and maintain case files
 - Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation
 
Requirements :
Required Qualifications
