Job description

A company is looking for a Growth Lead to rapidly scale its Tree Subscription consumer model.

Key Responsibilities

Rapidly test and iterate across digital and offline channels to build demand

Drive improvements in the subscription funnel, including awareness, conversion, and retention

Identify unconventional acquisition tactics to reach mass consumer audiences

Required Qualifications

5-10+ years in growth roles at high-growth startups or consumer subscription businesses

Proven experience scaling B2C subscription models

Deep understanding of CAC / LTV economics and rapid experimentation frameworks

Hands-on expertise in performance marketing and partnership growth

Mission-driven mindset focused on tackling climate change
