Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (Somerset)

This position is responsible for leading the planning, budgeting, and actual reporting processes and the day-to-day financial leadership of the business. Critical success factors include the ability to engage and partner with all functions of the business to deliver commitments and overall financial objectives in a manner that creates value and efficiently utilizes resources and minimizes risk. Additionally, the role will relentlessly provide controllership guidance to ensure financial integrity. This position will also be involved with and lead special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Director of FP&A, develops and implements annual operating plan and forecasts to accurately reflect current expectations of the business, present to General Manager and VP of Finance. Responsible for maintaining systems that support the Budgeting / Forecasting processes.

Support the monthly closing process.

Develop strong relationships with business leaders to set action plans to achieve annual operating plan; frequently interfaces with field sales team on customer, product, payment, pricing, etc., issues.

Leads forecast updates; liaise with Senior Leadership on risks and opportunities; supports development of financial presentation packages for review with Senior Leadership and various business partners on a periodic basis.
