Computer Systems Administration Training Program

Year Up United is an immersive job training initiative designed to equip young adults with essential skills in a dynamic environment. Participants will engage in comprehensive classroom learning, gain access to valuable internships and job placement assistance, and receive personalized mentorship and coaching. Additionally, participants will earn an educational stipend.

This program merges technical training with professional development, alongside internship opportunities and support from our premier talent placement partner, YUPRO Placement. Internship opportunities may arise at renowned companies such as Citizens, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, Lifespan, or Fidelity, giving you real-world experience in the industry.

Are you eligible?

You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria :

• High school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday for the program duration
• Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
• Not in possession of a Bachelor’s degree
• Additional screening questions may be required during application

What will you gain?

Through this program, you will develop professional business and communication skills, enhance your interviewing and networking abilities, build your resume, and receive ongoing support to kickstart your career. During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

In-depth courses include :

Acquire the skills and opportunities needed to launch your professional career. Notably, 75% of Year Up United graduates secure employment or enroll in further education within just four months of completing the program. Graduates who find employment report an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
