Your excellent telephone and people skills enable you to handle direct and indirect communications with external customers, sales, production, finance, and management. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively. Your proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, ensures you can manage customer orders, inquiries, invoicing, and documentation accurately. With a high school education or equivalent, you bring valuable customer service experience to the role, making you a key player in our team.
