Position Overview :

The primary purpose of your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide personalized daily nursing care and services to residents according to their unique assessments and care plans, under the guidance of your supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver essential care to residents and assist them with daily activities.
• Accurately record all care provided on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., ensuring detailed and informative documentation.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being to the appropriate staff.
