ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless IT operations and service delivery. Works closely with customers to understand requirements, design and configure solutions, and provide expert support for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and upgrades. Require strong technical knowledge of network and server hardware, as well as experience with reporting, data schema, and ITIL processes. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform releases and industry trends.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
BS or BA in computer systems, with at least three (3) years of experience. Or 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM platforms.
