Kentro is seeking a Business Analyst to support a DOD SOCOM EDAT program. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes and financial data, develop data-driven recommendations, and provide analytical and administrative support for both operational and fiscal activities.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current project-related business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support project management activities including meeting coordination, agenda development, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project-specific business process documentation, use cases, and reports.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure project requirements are accurately translated into system and software solutions.
• Support budget formulation, execution, and tracking for project funding.
• Assist in preparing project spend plans, financial forecasts, and budget justifications.
• Monitor and reconcile project expenses, obligations, and expenditures.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to support project leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure compliance with government fiscal policies and funding timelines.
• Identify financial risks, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project financial health.
