Job description

Maintenance Worker

Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Qualifications :

Communicate effectively with others.
Ability to calculate in all units of measures.
Ability to work independently.
Reliable, shows up on time and ready to work.
Prior experience in janitorial and landscaping work preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities :

Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.)

Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.

May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.

General maintenance of grounds & facilities including : Cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping / mopping & restocking facility including restrooms & break areas, Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals Order cleaning supplies as necessary.
