Fleet Coordinator

This position is responsible for overseeing all functions of Logistics at Crossville CDC. This position is located in the Crossville, TN offices, requiring attendance and adherence to scheduled and assigned work hours. Position is not a telecommuting position.

Job Duties :

• Plan daily shipments including full truckload and LTL
• Perform freight billing and auditing.
• Track and re-consign shipments.
• Act as backup for processing driver timesheets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Partner with Traffix to ensure the highest level of carrier service.
• Work with the warehouse team on OS&D resolution
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform any other duties that may be required or assigned.
