RN Cardiac Cath Lab

Full-Time | Days | Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location : 30 mins SW of Charlotte

About the Role

Envoy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a leading hospitals cardiovascular services team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.

This position requires participation in a call rotation, including nights and weekends , to support emergent patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases

Assess patient conditions and collaborate with physicians on individualized care plans

Assist with all aspects of diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures

Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in condition during procedures

Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care

Maintain compliance with all standards of nursing practice, infection control, and hospital policies

What You Bring

Education

Required : Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred : BSN or higher

Experience

Minimum 1 year RN experience in either critical care, or strong cardiac, or a catheterization laboratory

Licensure & Certifications

Active Multi-State RN license (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another Compact state)

AHA BLS CPR (required within 7 days of hire)

AHA ACLS (required within orientation period)

CCRN certification preferred
