Centralized Painter - Cortland Rosslyn

Role Overview

As a Centralized Painter, you collaborate with the leadership team to meet your daily goals. You also assist with any other painting needs as necessary to always maintain the highest level of quality.

Qualifications

Strong 2+ years of experience within interior residential painting; custom home painting is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of spray equipment, elevated safety procedures, and OSHA and MSDS regulations

Proficient with roller and brush work along with spraying, including spray prep work; ability to repair paint spray or trade equipment is a plus

Capability to complete small drywall repairs to include matching texture; larger project ability is a plus

Ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed

Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance

Strong ability to work with minimal supervision

Good written and verbal communication skills; English speaking preferred

Availability to work all shifts, including weekends as needed

Working knowledge of maintenance management software a plus or must be willing to learn

Pay : $21-$25 / hour based on experience
