Job Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Team Leadership & Supervision

Resource Management

Budget and Financial Management

Quality Control & Compliance

Post-Project Handover

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience. No chilled water experience required; however,DX, basic HVAC controls and a full understanding of mechanical design is required. Experience in mechanical take-offs and material / equipment acquisition required.

VRF Systems and experience in Education, Healthcare, and / or industrial markets preferred.

Experience using all Microsoft 365 applications.

Blue Beam or PDF editing software (equivalent) experience is preferred.

Must be willing to work in a team environment consisting of several project administrative staff employees.

Oversee 3-7 projects at a time depending on contract value.

No out of state travel required. Majority of projects are within a 1-2 hour radius from the office.

Full time position with estimated 45 hours per week at a salary position.
