Job description4–6 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory / supply chain principles Forklift and HAZMAT certifications (or willingness to obtain) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and planning skills Distribution setting with exposure to seasonal temperatures Frequent standing, lifting, climbing, and moving—this is a hands-on leadership role Safety is a top priority—aligned with OSHA and 5S standards
Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor - Distribution Center
Location : Northeast side of Atlanta
Schedule : 2nd Shift
🔧 What You'll Do :
- Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Lead, train, and develop hourly team members in safety, efficiency, and performance standards
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee rework
- Partner with management and HR on hiring, development, and performance matters
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and address issues in real time
