The Manager, Physical and Occupational Therapy will lead and optimize rehabilitation services across inpatient and outpatient settings by overseeing daily PT / OT operations, staffing, and scheduling; coaching and mentoring therapists and assistants; driving evidence-based clinical practice and high-quality patient outcomes; managing budgets, productivity, and KPI dashboards; ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance (e.g., The Joint Commission, CMS, state licensure); coordinating interdisciplinary care with physicians, nursing, case management, and athletic trainers; standardizing documentation, coding, and EMR workflows; enhancing patient access, throughput, and experience; implementing program development, competency training, and performance evaluations; spearheading quality improvement, falls prevention, and safety initiatives; managing equipment procurement and vendor relationships; and leveraging data analytics to improve referral conversion, length of stay, and value-based care metrics.

What's Needed to Succeed :

• Advanced degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services
