Responsibilities :
- Make outbound and inbound calls to set appointments, generate leads, and qualify prospects.
- Present products and services to potential customers with professionalism.
- Follow up on assigned leads to drive engagement and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
