Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project changes and ensure timely resolution of issues that arise during construction.
