Job Details

6th Floor Med / tele / Neuro : 1 : 6 ratio max

Need to have BLS, NIH / stroke

Job Requirements

American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.

Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.

Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.

Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form preferred, not required.

Completed within 1 year of start updated annually for Fit Test.

Completed Skill Checklist specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.

Competency Exams for the relevant department.

Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.

Additional Details

Will accept one of the following for Hepatitis B : Proof of full series completed, at least two vaccines from the series, or signed declination.

Proof of vaccination within past 10 years for Tdap.

Physical / Health Statement must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions.
