Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking a highly patient-centric Academic, Ambulatory Internal Medicine Physician to support our Internal Medicine Residency Program in the East Valley. Our Internal Medicine Residency Program is led by a highly-experienced Program Director who has successfully established other residency programs and is the ACP-Arizona Governor.

The position consists of outpatient responsibilities within a single clinic location close to the hospital campus. You will have access to full support staff. The medical group is a multi-specialty group that includes specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology, palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other surgical specialties. You will enjoy a great work-life balance in a rapidly growing city.

• 100% outpatient
• 40% Private Practice, 40% Clinical Precepting, 20% Teaching
• Geriatrician is preferred, however not required
• Opportunity for academic appointment through Creighton University
• Chance to help build a state-of-the-art outpatient center and Residency Program from the ground up

Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Pay Range

$110.58 - $163.20 / hour
