Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP) 1 : 1 Female

Location : Maumelle, AR

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 5 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Starting Pay : $12.00 per hour (negotiable based on education and experience)

What You'll Do :

• Support individuals in developing essential life skills, from health and hygiene to independent living tasks.
• Foster a positive and respectful environment at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily routines as outlined in the Medicaid Waiver Person-Centered Service Plan.
• Help individuals engage with their community through activities like shopping, social events, appointments, and more.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation using your personal vehicle (must meet AR state insurance requirements).
• Maintain records of consumer expenses and document progress.
• Offer valuable input during annual service planning meetings.
• Complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and in-service sessions.
• Submit weekly documentation and timesheets on time.
