Responsibilities

  • Must be comfortable with in home sales
  • You are expected to work some events and have scheduled showroom hours
  • The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • Note This is a full commission opportunity with unlimited upside and bonus plan for over performance
  • Generate leads by working personal contacts and cultivating referral network; some leads provided
  • Qualifies each prospect's wants and needs into a plan of sales actions
  • Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout that meets the customer's needs
  • Photographs the remodeling projects measured to provide before photographs for the showroom album
  • Gathers information on all job related products to provide a presentation to the customer
  • Prepares cabinet drawings using 20 / 20 Design
  • Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers' wants and needs are assessed
  • Collects payments from clients

  • Experience with Kitchen and Bath sales a major plus
  • Experience with in home sales very important

  • Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes

    Compensation : $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
