Develops implements and / or delivers (via various channels) technical training as it relates to the organizations products / solutions. Primarily provides training directly to internal staff (i.e. engineering and technical team members sales consultants etc.) but will occasionally provide technical product training to product end-users partners and customers. Works with product development teams to update training materials and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials to align with new product releases. Uses adaptive learning methodology to address specific training needs and makes use of technology to create e-learning computer-based and engaging customer training documents.
