Job Description

Join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team as a Forklift Operator / Cherry Picker. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials and orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and values safety, teamwork, and precision.

Responsibilities

Operate a cherry picker and / or sit-down forklift to move materials and complete orders

Ensure accurate order selection, staging, and inventory management

Load and unload materials in accordance with company safety standards

Follow quality assurance protocols and report discrepancies or damaged goods

Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Proven track record of reliability and good attendance

Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base pay range for this position is $15.00 – $16.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
