Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in a professional environment located in Fort Worth, Tx. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization in the fast-paced world of staffing. We are looking for someone with great customer service and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour or DOE

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm.

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Recruiting applicants
  • Screening, Interviewing, and placing possible candidates.
  • Inbound and Outbound calls.
  • Running backgrounds, drug test, and E-verifying applicants.
  • Staying in contact with customers through email and phone to get updates on daily needs.

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 plus hours and be on call.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office including word, excel, teams, and outlook.
  • Must be able to work as an individual as well as in a team.
  • Must have excellent customer service, clerical, and computer skills (type 40-50 wpm).
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish.
  • Must have reliable transportation with a valid DL with proof of insurance.
  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
