The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team at Free Motion. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans, assist in patient care, and support our mission of enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. Job Responsibilities :

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans based on patients' individual needs.
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation methods to support recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment within the therapy space and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with both patients and team members about progress and treatment adjustments.
