Overview :

A premier health center in Burbank, California, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their dynamic outpatient team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a flexible schedule, no weekends, and a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the provision of clinical services.
• Ensure the overall clinical quality, integrity, and service excellence of rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing of clinical services.
• Uphold exceptional customer relations and patient satisfaction.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Requirements :

Education : Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experiences : New Physical Therapy graduates are welcome to apply. Must meet all clinical competency requirements.

Other :

Current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.

Current CPR certification (preferred).

Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience.

Benefits : Excellent benefits package.

Schedule :

Full-time

Work arrangement : On-site

Hours : Flexible shift hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends.
