About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Histotechnician - (Histo Tech - HTL)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 12 D

Pay Rate : $1650.69 - $1808.73

Histology Tech needed for assignment in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must hold HT or HTL ASCP certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in histology, specifically within dermatology settings, is required. Proficiency in CoPath and EPIC LIS systems is necessary. Ability to perform independently in MOHs procedures. Previous experience in a dermatology clinic working under MOHs surgeons is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a concentration in MOHs surgical procedures. Familiarity with staging and diagnosis of cancer histology. Skills in embedding, staining, and cutting frozen block slides for microscopic review.
