About the Role
Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team in Los Angeles. This role focuses on providing high-touch service to our community of collectors while helping improve the systems and data that power our support operations. Youll handle direct customer interactions, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, and lead workflows with our overseas support team. Youll also help manage customer-facing promotions and discounts, support VIP collectors, and contribute to the launch of new upcoming programs.
