About the Role

Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team in Los Angeles. This role focuses on providing high-touch service to our community of collectors while helping improve the systems and data that power our support operations. Youll handle direct customer interactions, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, and lead workflows with our overseas support team. Youll also help manage customer-facing promotions and discounts, support VIP collectors, and contribute to the launch of new upcoming programs.

What Youll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels with accuracy and care
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and other teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate day-to-day work and quality standards with our Philippines-based support team
  • Track and manage promotions, discounts, and event-driven outreach for customer resolution and engagement
  • Support rollout of customer experience initiatives, including loyalty and rewards programs
  • Use tools such as Confluence, Jira, SQL, and internal analytics systems to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions

Who You Are

  • 24 years of customer support or related experience in a tech or consumer-facing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using data to identify patterns and make decisions
  • Organized and steady under pressure; able to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Motivated to help improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL or analytics tools to investigate customer or operational data
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or enthusiast communities
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth startup environment
  • Location Requirements

  • Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week
