- 8+ years of medical sales experience (preferably enterprise, IT, and / or longer sales cycle products)

- Travel : Able to travel within the USA for conferences and to work from our Houston office daily.

Decision-makers include doctors (PCP, urology, ob / gyn, orthopedics, cardiology, GI etc), clinic administrators, ASC leaders, hospital leaders including C-suite. You will :
identify and call / reach these leads, establish relationships, and lead them through the sales processparticipate in identifying and planning for trade shows and industry conferencesbe involved in creating and keeping current the sales strategy and plan for the CompanyKey Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in building and growing our customer base.
Lead Generation : Work with BD team to identify and research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunitiesOutreach : Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channelsQualification : Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the suitability of leads and understand their specific requirementsProduct Knowledge : Build strong knowledge of our solutions and communicate value propositions effectively to prospectsCRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in company's CRMCollaboration : Work closely with other members of team to seamlessly transition qualified leads, providing essential context for successful follow-upReporting : Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation, pipeline, and conversion metricsTrade Shows & Conferences : Identify, plan, and support participation in industry eventsMarket Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunitiesNetworking : Build long-term relationships with prospects, partners, and influencers in the healthcare ecosystemContract Renewals : Proactively engage with customers to ensure renewals per company targetsQualifications
Mandatory : Bachelor’s degree + minimum 8 years of relevant sales experienceHealthcare Sales Experience : Demonstrated success selling to healthcare organizations, ideally enterprise or longer sales cyclesTrack Record : Strong history of meeting or exceeding quotas / targetsIT Sales Experience : Experience in Health IT, SaaS, or complex technology solutions preferredCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, able to build rapport quickly with decision-makersTools : Familiarity with sales automation platforms (Apollo.io or similar) and Salesforce, Odoo, Hubspot, or other CRMsResilience : Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivationTime Management : Organized, with strong prioritization skillsAdaptability : Flexible and able to thrive in changing environmentsTeam Player : Works well with cross-functional teams while driving independent performanceHigh Energy & Motivation : Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong internal drive to succeedAble to travel without restrictions, lift weights >20 lbs (e.g. for work trips), and perform physical tasks required for the role
