To support our future B2B growth ambitions, we are seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist in our Global BMS Commercial Excellence team to drive our customer-centric operation and digitalization transformation agenda. Global Commercial Excellence sets the direction for our global B2B commercial and sales operations, optimizing and implementing critical transformation initiatives related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement to enhance competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.
In the role you will spearhead the implementation of sales and commercial enhancement initiatives within our B2B sales organization across our markets (primarily US focus). The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of future operational models and driving our digitalization transformation agenda.
In your work you will directly influence the development of our sales enablement platforms and operational practices, providing you with valuable hands-on experience and tangible deliverables that align with our commercial growth and sales operation objectives. The role requires strong project management skills together with a people-oriented approach to manage project deliveries.
The role is office-based in Raleigh, North Carolina, reporting to the Global Sales Excellence Manager in Stockholm, Sweden. In the US organization, you will work alongside the sales and sales enablement teams to get input and buy-in to projects, making sure that changes are implemented smoothly with strong follow-up.
