Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required Preferred have at least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience Must be a bright, friendly, and effective communicator in order to communicate with clients, visitors, veterinarians, and other hospital staff. (It's okay if you talk to animals, too!) Description
Join our amazing team as our newest Veterinary Technician Assistant.
Our focus is on being a place of comfort for our clients and pets, in sickness and in health. You will have an open door for growth opportunities ranging from becoming a veterinary technician, specialty medicine, and future management positions!
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Caring for our Boarding animals
- Cleaning, laundry and basic clinic up keep
- Patient handling and restraint
- Medication administration & filling prescriptions
- Assisting our Technicians and our Veterinarian as needed
- Tackling projects as assigned (with a smile, as always!)
