As an entry-level Architectural Engineer, you'll support the design, evaluation, and performance of building systems across a wide range of projects. You'll help our team understand how buildings are put together, how they perform, and how we can make them better. From assisting with assessments of existing structures to supporting design tasks on new construction, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our projects are durable, efficient, and well-coordinated.

Working closely with senior engineers and architects, you'll gain hands-on experience in areas such as building enclosure performance, material behavior, waterproofing concepts, structural interactions, and construction practices. This role is designed to help you learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility while contributing meaningfully to projects from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Support project teams on investigations, assessments, and design tasks.
  • Assist with site visits, photo documentation, and preparation of technical reports.
  • Help develop drawings, details, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participate in field observations, basic testing, and construction administration activities.
  • Contribute to research, data analysis, and review of architectural / engineering documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions for our clients.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn building enclosure and architectural engineering concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Basic familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus-but not required.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and field work as needed.
  • We offer a robust total compensation and rewards package designed to support our employees' well-being, growth, and diverse needs, including :

  • A minimum of 3 weeks of Paid Time Off per year
  • 9 paid holidays per year, including 3 paid floating holidays
  • 5 days of bereavement leave and PTO Donation Bank to help during difficult times
  • 100% compensation replacement during short-term disability leaves

  • Paid community involvement hours
  • Tuition and licensure reimbursement and sponsorship of professional memberships
  • Internal conferences and professional development opportunities
  • Employee Resource Groups and Affinity Groups
  • $70,000 - $90,000 a year
