• Responsibilities
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions and briefs
• Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
• Participation in trial preparation and trial
• Requirements
• Must be licensed in California
• 0-5 years of litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and case preparation
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery, law and motion, settlement negotations and trial preparation
• Compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
