General Purpose
The Sr. Associate, Investment, OOH will bring an approved OOH strategy to life, producing media plans that meet campaign objectives. The role covers the entire OOH campaign lifecycle—from planning to activation to reconciliation—ensuring flawless execution, negotiation, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative OOH recommendations that effectively deliver on the approved strategy, including budget, KPIs, priority markets, and audience segments.
- Manage the OOH planning process : research partners, request proposals, review inventory, negotiate rates and holds, build client‑facing presentations, and present final recommendations internally and externally.
- Steward the OOH activation process on client‑approved campaigns.
- Oversee the internal media authorization process, build and submit partner contracts, traffic creative, manage spec and printing, deliver posting instructions, and manage proof‑of‑performance.
- Handle post‑campaign requirements : recapping, make‑good negotiation, billing, and data reporting.
- Provide campaign performance insights when needed.
- Attend OOH media partner meetings and elevate new opportunities and ideas.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the OOH industry, stay updated on news, and advocate for channel innovation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.Fluent in written and spoken English.Experience
4+ years of media planning, buying, or selling experience (agency or media partner side), ideally in OOH.Preferred experience developing OOH campaigns for large‑scale clients (local, regional, national).Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Deep understanding of the OOH industry, planning and activation processes, and the larger media landscape.Experience with OOH planning platforms such as DoMedia, AdQuick, Geopath, or comparable tools.Experience with OOH aggregators is a plus.Comfortable with media math and negotiation.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with media partners, internal teams, and clients.Comfortable presenting planned OOH media campaigns both internally and externally.Team‑oriented with a fast‑paced work environment.Adaptable to changes in client objectives, priorities, or budgets while minimizing impact.Salary
Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
