ROLE OVERVIEW
This position supports 211 Eastern Oklahoma, a free service connecting individuals across
37 counties in Eastern Oklahoma to vital community resources via phone, live chat, text,
or online search. The role balances two key functions : serving as a Resource Navigator to
link callers with health and human services through inbound / outbound calls and crisis
intervention, and as a Database Curator responsible for maintaining the integrity,
accuracy, and comprehensiveness of the 211EOK resource database. The position requires
building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, United Ways, and Information and
Referral programs while supporting closed-loop referral systems and emergency
response coordination.
