Job description

Customer Service Representative - $20 / hr. | Training Provided | Full Benefits

Location : Corona, CA

Shift : 1st shift training for 4 weeks, then transition to 2nd or 3rd shift based on availability

Pay : $20.00 per hour + $250 - $500 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)

Experience Required : 1 year of call center experience

What You'll Do

  • Process inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Provide high-quality customer service with accuracy, empathy, and urgency
  • Respond to, verify, and dispatch emergency / security signals
  • Follow company procedures, complete training, and maintain professionalism
  • Support residential and business customers with security alarm activations
