Below you will find a detailed description and requirements of the position. Obstetrics / Gynecology Physician Career Opportunity Madison, IN Norton Women's Care is recruiting two board-certified or board-eligible OB / GYN physicians to join a group of full-time providers in Madison, Indiana.
As part of the Norton Healthcare system of care, physicians will join a team of more than 100 Norton Women's Care specialists at multiple office locations in Greater Louisville, including Southern Indiana, and throughout Kentucky. Norton Women's Care provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. Our team includes specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, urogynecology, women's mental health and cardio-obstetrics, as well as a pelvic health program.
As the only hospital that offers obstetrics and gynecology services in Jefferson County, Indiana, Norton King's Daughters' Health delivers approximately 371 babies per year and cares for a robust, established patient base. There is a strong opportunity to grow market share in the area, building on established referral patterns from seven primary care locations. The team is focused on quality outcomes and is proud to maintain a cesarean section rate lower than the national average. Services are supported by a Level 1 nursery, a cystoscopy room and seven operating rooms, including a designated room for obstetrics.

Inpatient and outpatient OB / GYN coverage with call, in hospital and adjacent medical office Working in a full-time status equal to 4 days per week in the office plus call Selected candidates must reside in Jefferson County, Indiana Competitive salary with guarantee during the initial term, and additional bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided
Open to new graduates, with up to $100,000 in recruiting incentive funds for candidates coming out of residency or fellowship Established patient base from day 1 with an opportunity to grow market share
