Cyber Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to contribute to and strengthen its Information Security function.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, investigate, and resolve security alerts and incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive actions

Identify security risks and recommend remediation or mitigating controls while supporting ongoing risk assessments

Apply and enforce information security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems Security preferred

Security training certifications such as Security+, Azure Fundamentals, or Network+ strongly preferred

1-3 years of experience as an IT security specialist

5+ years of experience working in IT

1+ years of experience in a regulated IT environment, including knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, or PCI
